Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.We are committed to providing sustainable packaging solutions, so your products may arrive in recycled boxes or biodegradable packaging materials. Shipping and Processing Time

For Macrame Raw Materials - 1-3 Working Days

For customised handmade products - 10-12 Working Days

Delivery Time

Domestic Orders - 3-15 Working Days

International Orders - 10-25 Working Days

We are not responsible once the orders are shipped from our end.

For damaged products in shipping please contact couriers for claims.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Knots In My Closet, we want you to love your purchase! And that's why we check each n every product before dispatching. We accept returns on defective items. Please contact us same day on receiving your order. Returns are not eligible on Handmade products. We do not accept returns on damage in transit products either. For damaged products in shipping please contact couriers for claims.

Return shipping and custom charges will be borne by the buyer.

Refunds will be issued within 7 working days to the original payment method.
